setelah membaca jurnal ini "Recent Developments in Cyberspace Law: A View from Brazil" yang disusun oleh Blum, dkk, ada beberapa tiga area kritis dari hukum cyberspace ini yaitu: Aturan Perlindungan Konsumen Hak atas Perlindungan Privasi saat online Hukum atas kejahatan "unauthorized computer access" Terkait poin pertama, negara Indonesia sudah memiliki UU Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang perlindungan konsumen, dalam pasal 5 huruf h "hak untuk mendapat kompensasi, ganti rugi dan atas penggantian apabila barang atau jasa yang diterima tidak sesuai dengan perjanjian". Selanjutnya, dalam UU Nomor 10 Tahun 1998 tentang Perbankan dalam pasal 29 ayat 5 dan ayat 40 ayat 1 dan 2. Bitcoin is banned by Japan

MT. Gox announced that they were in bankruptcy condition. They closed their services and websites on February 25, 2014. In the next three days, MT Gox will submit the protection from bankruptcy to the Government. What are the causes? Finally, Mark Karpeles explained that the bankruptcy is caused by the weakness of their security system so that the hacker can inside their system and steal the bitcoin. On other hand, Karpeles optimizes that the bitcoin industry will be growing. MT Gox had lost 850.000 bitcoins a value of almost 500 billion dollars consisting of their customer's 750.000 bitcoins and other almost 100.000 bitcoins as an asset of their company. Unfortunately, MT Gox has a debt amount of 63,9 million dollars, which is higher than their assets. Now, their assets are just 37,7 million dollars. In their bankrupt document, MT.
